Alpha II uses the largest driver from the VIBE subwoofer range, a 12” bass driver utilizing the VIBE SPL cone technology. The enclosure fires directly to the floor distributing smooth bass evenly whilst creating increased front cone pressure for superior control. The enclosure has 2 large 3” VIBE alloy ports for extended bass response; both the ports and the subwoofer have signature VIBE CNC detailing.

These ports can be further tuned by the operator by using the VIBE port plugs (included) A sealed enclosure will achieve tighter bass whilst using a single port plug will deepen the bass, using both ports open will significantly increase bass response. Tuning is fun and easy to do and can be altered to suit your room type and optimise sound without having to alter the position of the subwoofer.

Alpha II can be used with VIBE P.I.C.S range or the monolith range for significantly increased bass presence over the omicron and Alpha I. VIBE stand alone subwoofers are compatible with both the VIBE P.I.C.S range and the VIBE Monolith range. They offer tight deep bass with authoritative presence. Depending on room size and your preference of how much low frequency energy you like present in your cinema or hifi setup. The Omicron using and 8 inch driver delivers the fastest beats and best integration with monolith 1’s. Whilst the Alpha1 and Alpha2 using 10” and 12” drivers respectively will add further weight and lower frequencies.
